The Board of Directors goals are the following when it comes to managing our community. We want to keep the dues as low as possible, keep our amenities in the best condition, and keep our costs manageable. We pride ourselves in being one of the best homeowners associations in the beach.
Our HOA fees are some of the most reasonable anywhere, and we have not had an assessment sent to our homeowners in many years. Our budget is in great condition, and we don't foresee any increases or assessments in the near future.
MAKING HOA PAYMENTS
As of January 1, 2015, our property management will be serviced by Blue Coast Property Management Inc in Myrtle Beach. You should have received your payment coupons in the mail, with instructions for paying online on their website if you wish.
